This project is generally described as the cleaning and sealing of joints and cracks on various City streets, and associated work. Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the non-mandatory pre-bid conference at Wichita Tower, Engineering Department, 9th Floor at 2:00 P.M. on the 20th day of January, 2026. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is $297,500.00.
