The actual area that is right-of-way varies due to many factors. In order to try and provide a consistent answer for the purposes of sign placement, The City of Wichita Falls generally defines the right-of-way as the area starting at the back of the curb and extending 10 feet inward into the property. All signage should be placed outside of this area.
