Filing a Complaint with the Prosecutor's Office

If you have witnessed a violation of a law over which you believe the Wichita Falls Municipal Court has jurisdiction, you MUST:

  1. Complete this Complaint Form:  Municipal Court Complaint Form; OR come to the Wichita Falls Municipal Court in person to request a complaint form to complete.
  2. Return the completed form to the Municipal Court in person to be filed.

Once the complaint form is filed, the Prosecutor's Office will contact you.

***If you are the victim of a crime, please contact the Police Department by dialing 9-1-1 or (940) 720-5000. They will assist you in determining the correct procedure for your complaint.
