Body Art Individual Fees

The following fees are effective July 3, 2025 (no fee increase October 1, 2025 except for the late fee bolded below)

Certifications:

Initial annual body art operator license fee: $540.00

Renewal annual body art operator license fee: $110.00

Temporary tattoo artist fee: $55.00

Testing Fees

Initial testing fee: $110.00, which covers two attempts to pass the examination, and which amount will be credited toward the initial annual body art operator license fee.

Additional attempts to pass the examination: $55.00, which will not be credited toward any license or permit fees.

Late Fees:

Late Fees: $27.00 $28 for every month expired
