Rules and Other Information

For the safety, convenience, and comfort of our customers, please remember these rules when riding the bus:

  • Passengers must have the exact change. Drivers cannot make changes.
  • No eating, drinking, tobacco, or "E" cigarette use on the bus.
  • Drink containers must have "screw-on tops."
  • Do not play radios or musical instruments.
  • Shoes and shirts are required.
  • Do not stand forward to the yellow line.
  • Animals must be crated, except for guide animals.
  • An adult must accompany children under 7 years of age.
  • Firearms or weapons are not allowed on buses.
  • Explosive materials are not allowed on buses.
  • No loud, foul, or abusive language is allowed.
  • Carry-on bags are limited to the number that can be carried on a passenger's lap.
  • Remain seated until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
  • Aisles must be kept clear of passenger's belongings.

Non-compliance with the preceding rules may result in the passenger not being allowed to participate in public transportation programs.

Lost and Found

Falls Ride is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If a rider does leave or lose an item on a bus, please call 761-7433 between 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. Every attempt will be made to locate a lost item. Lost and Found items will only be kept for 30 days. The items can be picked up at the Falls Ride office located at 2100 Seymour Highway during normal business hours.
