Fly Wichita Falls - The Aviation Division operates two public airports. Wichita Falls Municipal Airport services scheduled and non-scheduled commercial flights and private aircraft. Kickapoo Downtown Airport services local and transit general aviation aircraft. Aviation |
| Falls Ride - Public Transportation operates a Route Deviation/ Demand Responsive system to provide mass transit service for the general public of Wichita Falls. Buses can deviate 1/4 mile to pick-up or drop-off passengers. Service is available Monday through Saturday. Public Transportation |

The Fleet Maintenance Division is open 24 hours a day, six days a week providing repair and maintenance services for over 720 city vehicles and pieces of equipment. This division is also responsible for the purchase of all City replacement vehicles and small equipment. Fleet Maintenance |
| The Traffic Engineering Division's responsibilities include: maintenance and repair of city-controlled outdoor lighting, traffic and warning lights, street signs, maintenance and repair of the outdoor warning system and parking control duties in the downtown and hospital districts.
