The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District Immunization Clinic offers routine vaccines for children and adults. Vaccines are also available for those traveling abroad. Travelers need to consider the need for vaccinations at least 2 to 4 weeks before traveling because most vaccines take at least 2 weeks to take full effect.
“Highlights of the Decades from the WFMA” is on display at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU Texas. For more than six decades, the Wichita Falls The Museum of Art at MSU Texas has acquired artwork through generous donations and well-planned purchases resulting in a remarkable Permanent Collection of American Art. “Highlights from the Decades” explores how the WFMA collected through the decades to create a rich educational resource for MSU Texas and the surrounding North Texas communities. Downtown Wichita Falls
The parade lineup for the participants is 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, they meet at the Veterans Council’s table at 5th and Indiana to find out their parade order. The 2023 downtown parade kicks off at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, starting at 5th and Indiana, traveling down Indiana to 13th Street, where it takes a right and then comes down Scott St. The review stand is located at Scott and 8th. The announcer is MSU Texas Math professor Dr. Mario Lopez.

Tickets for Christmas Magic will go on sale starting September 1st, available online at jlwf.org. Merchant applications are also available online. Physical tickets will be available at selected United Supermarket locations in October. Christmas Magic has been a cherished tradition in North Texas for over four decades. The Junior League of Wichita Falls is proud to have raised over $3.2 million through Christmas Magic, benefitting several vital community projects and local organizations, such as First Step, Crime Stoppers of Wichita Falls, North Texas Area United Way, Child Care Partners, and more.
