This project is generally described as City of Wichita Falls (CITY) Jasper Water Treatment Plant (WTP) High Service Pump Station (HSPS) Improvements, and associated work. Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference at Jasper Water Treatment Plant at 1:30 P.M. on the 28th day of November, 2023. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is $1,280,000.00.
