This project is generally described as Paving & Drainage Improvements for the Wichita Falls Business Park which generally includes site clearing/preparation, relocation of approximately 2,300 LF of 12" water main, demolition/removal of approximately 8,290 SY of asphalt/concrete pavement, construction/installation of approximately 15,250 SY of reinforced concrete pavement, drainage facilities, and associated work. Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference at Memorial Auditorium, Room 500 at 3:00 P.M. on Monday the 20th day of March, 2023. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of Record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is $3,285,000.00.
