BURGLAR CAUGHT IN VETROTEX BUILDING

   Wichita Falls Police Officers discovered a break-in early this morning, securing the old Vetrotex building. Teddy Monroe James (w/m, 1/27/70) was found on the second floor of the offices located at 3910 Callfield Road.
   At 1:15 a.m., an officer spotted a vehicle parked in front of the vacant structure. When one of the business' door was found unlocked, additional Officers were requested. After clearing the first floor, officers proceeded upstairs where they located James with a light and other tools. Officers found that James had been removing copper from the building.
   James was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Jail. He is charged with Burglary of a Building and Theft of Copper.
