TML Award 9-23-2015_thumb.jpg    City Receives Excellence Award for DPR Project
The City of Wichita Falls received the Municipal Excellence Award from the Texas Municipal League for the Direct Potable Reuse Project during the TML open general session at the 103rd annual TML conference being held in San Antonio.

“This is special. This award recognizes all the hours, days and months of researching, planning, testing, overseeing and constructing the DPR project,” said Mayor Glenn Barham. “When our backs were against the wall and we were facing the drought, with no good news in site, our people stepped up and found a solution that would keep water flowing to our residents. This is well deserved for everyone who made the DPR a reality,” said Barham. Complete Story
