Proposal to rezone +/- .17 acres of land located at 4520 Kemp Boulevard (Faith Village, Unit II, Lot 10A, Block 70) from Limited Commercial (LC) to General Commercial (GC) and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Commercial to allow for the development of a multi-tenant facility with drive-thru services.
