City Licenses

City Licenses

According to the city ordinance, all dogs and cats sixteen weeks or older must have a current City license. This license runs concurrently with the pet's rabies vaccination. City licenses can be obtained for one year, two years, and three years, depending on the pet's rabies vaccination status. State law requires all dogs, cats, and ferrets to have a current rabies vaccination.

Some of our local veterinarians sell the City licenses at their clinics or bring your rabies certificate to the Animal Services Center located at 1207 Hatton Road between the hours of 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, or 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays to purchase a City license.
