Residents can now monitor and control their utility accounts by signing up for Citizen Self Serve. Once on the site follow the prompts, click on Self Serve, then Register and you can sign up for FREE. By using Citizen Self Serve residents can:
•Monitor their account 24/7
•Monitor their utility usage
•Make Payments
•Set up new accounts

How to Locate Account and Customer Numbers on New and Old Bills
NEW BILL
In the top portion of the NEW BILL there are two sets of numbers separated by a dash.
As an example: 333333-444444 (from four to six numbers in either).
The first set of numbers, 333333 in this case, is the Account Number.
The second set of numbers, 444444 in this case, is the Customer Number.

OLD BILL
The account and customer numbers are located in the left-hand bottom part of the stub and at the top of the stub above the name. There are two sets of numbers separated by a dash.
As an example: 111111-222222 (from four to six numbers in either).
The first set of numbers, 111111 in this case, is the Customer Number.
The second set of numbers, 222222 in this case, is the Account Number.
